How do I Pick up an order?
Select “Pick up” at check out. You will not be charged shipping.
Please email me at email@example.com to schedule the best time to pick up your order. All pick up orders will be at my studio in San Marcos,TX unless otherwise noted.
I will NOT be doing pick up from December 24-26th
Do you accept returns or refunds?
There are NO refunds. During these pandemic times I cannot refund or exchange an item because of health safety protocols.
I will ONLY refund or replace an item if it is broken during shipping.

What is your warranty?
My work is made with porcelain and is fired to 2345 degrees. This ensures that it is very durable and should not break easily. However, because it is ceramics there is a chance it could break. I do not ensure that the piece will not break.
When or will an item be back in stock?
I will do my best to replace items that have been sold. Depending on where I am in my making process determines how long it will take. I can typically have a pot made in 4-6 weeks. I also do art festivals throughout the year. I have a wider variety of my work at these shows. Provide an email for the latest info on when & where the shows will be held.
Is your work food safe?
Yes, my pottery is food, microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated in the item description.
