I am currently only shipping in the USA.
I ship USPS and have no control over how long it will take for your item to arrive. Due to COVID, some orders will take longer than expected.
How do I Pick up an order?
Select “Pick up” at check out. You will not be charged shipping.
Please email me at email@example.com to schedule the best time to pick up your order. All pick up orders will be at my studio in San Marcos,TX unless otherwise noted.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
I will ONLY refund or replace an item if it is broken during shipping.
Shipping fee is not refundable.

What is your warranty?
My work is made with porcelain and is fired between 2305-2381 degrees Fahrenheit. This ensures that it is very durable and should not break easily. However, because it is ceramics there is a chance it could break. I do not ensure that the piece will not break.
When or will an item be back in stock?
I will do my best to replace items that have been sold. Depending on where I am in my making process determines how long it will take. I can typically have a pot made in 4-6 weeks. I also do art festivals throughout the year. I have a wider variety of my work at these shows.
