Artists Statement
I am a maker of fancy porcelain pottery. My work is highly decorative, involving multiple layers of intricate surface slip designs. Each pot is carefully and precisely executed with a mindful meditative approach to the overall design and decorative process. I aim to create a tactile experience with my pottery that is both soothing and visually inspiring.
I hope to invoke a sense of wonderment and excitement for those that handle my work, just as I experience each time I create a piece.
