This porcelain mug is glazed with Blue Celadon, a custom made Ogee stencil design with Sapphire colored slip. Layers of dots are applied to the Ogee design using white underglaze. The handle has porcelain slip dots at the top, which gives it a tactile feel under your thumb. You will want to hold and rub your mug handle while drinking tea or coffee and contemplate your day.
