 This Porcelain tankard is glazed with an Ice Blue Celadon, a custom made Mandala stencil design with Dark Teal colored slip.  Layers of dots are applied to the mandala design using porcelain slip and white underglaze.  Each porcelain slip dot is done by hand and has a pleasant tactile feel.  

This drinking vessel is great for those who love large quantities of coffee, tea, or a nice chilled drink.  

The handle has porcelain slip dots at the top, which gives it a delightful tactile feel under your thumb.  You will want to hold and rub your tankard handle while drinking tea or coffee and contemplate your day.
